This ties it all together

This is what ties everything together for my 2013 Kia Optima SX, Jensen CAR714MW and Maestro RR2 brain. It covers a number of Kia & Hyundai vehicles, so you will not be using some of what you get. In my case, it has the analog audio to SPDIF digital converter that replaces the one in my OEM stereo. It has wiring for up to 4 cameras. Jensen has 2 inputs, the Kia has 1, but I added a front camera. It includes the car diagnostic port plug to give you new displays on the Jensen. My only complaint with the whole Maestro is the documentation is very detailed but done for an installer. It lists connector pin count and color. "plug the 4 pin blue connector in to the mating connector on module a". I wanted to add a front camera. The Jenson has the female RCA for the camera. I need the power, the same12vdc that comes on when the Jensen turns on. I am guessing the RR2 has that on an unused connector, and there is a red & black wire unused pigtail that came with the kit and is the same color. I searched all the vehicles in the doc but never found it being used. I decided to use the power that feeds the ADS-RR-SPDIF. Started tracing it back but they build the harness with sections of black wrap and it disappeared, but did not come out the other end. I cut the wrap and there it was, a splice connected to the larger gauge red/black feeding the Jenson. I added my own splice and then used spiral wrap to replace what I cut off, and also clean up various other sections of the install.
