Paradigm Fan For Life!
Joseph from Austin, TX on 12/17/2024
I really can't say enough good things about these 100B speakers. I got them for rear surrounds to complete my 5 channel system, but I broke them in with a bunch of music on L/R channels. Blown away. I easily could have gotten away with the 200B for L/R instead of the floor speakers since I'm in an apartment. I listened to mostly EDM genres like house, techno, and trance, but I also listened to reggae, hip hop, and classic rock. Spectacular across the board. I was very impressed with these. I really don't have anything bad to say at all. I listened to them at a pretty steep volume, and they were perfect clarity throughout every piece of music I threw at them. I took a chance on these in that I wasn't able to listen to them prior to ordering. With Crutchfield's amazing return/test policy, I guess it wasn't that much risk. Paradigm Premier seemed to fit my style of sound, and they absolutely delivered. I have actually built a 5.0, no sub until I get into a house, with Focal Vestia 3 for L/R, SVS Prime for C, and Paradigm Premier 100B for Rear L/R. I don't have the words to describe how well these work together after a 500hz curtained room correction. The speakers really cooperate well with each other, and these 100B's in my opinion look better without the grill. The woofer is protected from outside influence, so I'm going to leave it off! Excellent build quality. These are my first Paradigm speakers, but they sure won't be the last!
Pros: Superb clarity!
Cons: None so far

Beautiful Sound
Aaron from Elk River, MN on 11/6/2024
Outstanding soundstage and imaging in an easy to drive nice looking speaker. I'm listening to these paired with a WiiM amp pro and they sound spectacular! They have all the sparkle and detail of much more expensive speakers and sound much bigger than their small size suggests. They do bottom out on the low notes if you listen to electronic music but you could get a subwoofer for that. I have these on stands 10 feet apart and listen 10 feet away and they sound superb! Big thanks to Paradigm and Crutchfield for another home run!
Pros: Excellent imaging and sound stage Big sound in a small bookshelf Nice looking speaker Very realistic sound Sounds as good as speakers costing 3 times as much
Cons: None

These speakers "speak" for themselves. The sound is clear, crisp and rich. I am loving them. These are my second pair of Paradigm bookshelf speakers. If you are considering them, you will not be disappointed.

Paradigm hasn't disappointed me yet!
Jason from Texas on 1/11/2024
I've only owned these speakers for a couple of days, but I'm coming from Paradigm's Atom SE Monitor bookshelf speakers so I am familiar with Paradigm's sound signature and had a good idea on how they might sound. I was not disappointed! They are a noticeable improvement over the sound quality of the ATOM SE bookshelf speakers and those speakers sound great and are an AMAZING value, probably my favorite budget speakers! The 100Bs just have greater clarity and detail, with less distortion so they allow you to play them louder without any noticeable degradation in sound quality at those higher volumes. Overall, I am very satisfied with them and plan to keep them for a while for my office setup. For reference, I compared these to Polk Diamond 12.1, PSB P5, Kef Q150, Klipsch RP-150M, and ELAC Uni-Fi 2.0 UB52.
Pros: Overall Sound Quality Clarity and Detail Size, great for office or bedroom
Cons: Exterior finish on black easily get marked up Price - a bit much considering finishes, but worth it with regards to sound quality

Paradigm Does it Again!
Crutchfield customer from Ft Mill, SC on 12/16/2022
For the price, these are a great value and performer. High end sound. The espresso is sharp. Crystal clear highs and significant bass. Well made. Once again Crutchfield shipped right away!
Pros: Well made and sound amazing.
Cons: Minor but not a huge fan of the front plastic. Wish driver grill came off.

Great imaging and soundstage but needs a subwoofer
Jeff from Virginia on 6/22/2022
Musicly fantastic, great imaging and huge soundstage. Bass is somewhat limited in how low they will go by themselves, but the bass they do have has a lot of punch and hits harder than some speakers with more low frequency extension.... don't let the frequency response numbers fool you....these things ROCK. But they really are obviously meant to be used with a sub. I have mine paired with an SVS SB1000 Pro and the combination really is outstanding. They work very well together. Just set the crossover at 80 and let the Paradigms do what they do best.
Pros: Typical great Paradigm sound and quality. Design protects drivers from little fingers.
Cons: Limited bass response needs a subwoofer. Black finish takes a fingerprint.

Paradigm excellence lives on
Craig from Essex Junction, VT on 2/1/2022
Paradigm excellence continues. I have a pair of Paradigm Studio 60's, with matching center, from 2009 that I use as my mains in my HT setup. They have been rock solid, great performers from day one, including now. I've had multiple versions of the Paradigm Atom bookshelves over the years (since sold), and wanted to try the updated Premier series w/ these 100B's. I was not disappointed! The 100B's live up to the Paradigm name and legacy. In a word - amazing. I compared them to the Klipsch RP-500M and the Paradigm's are simply better.. more energy, more impact, more sparkle. I've owned Klipsch mains in the past and I've always been a fan of them too. The Paradigms beat them out in this case, no doubt. Build quality is very good. The finish is basic black, but it works. I love the look of the 100B's - the "PPA lens" they call it that shrouds the woofer and tweeter looks cool IMO. No need for the speaker grills, which are included, and I don't use. Highly recommended.

Paradigm Premier 100B
Bill T from Near a cornfield in Indiana... on 12/30/2021
Typical Paradigm great sound and quality. Used as mains (I recommend a subwoofer) in a budget system or as surround speakers, you won't be disappointed. I use mine as surrounds but, in any case, don't hesitate to buy these. My main speakers are the Paradigm 200Bs and these match up perfectly. Don't hesitate to buy the 100Bs.
Pros: Quality build and great sound in a small package.
Cons: None
