Stopped working after using about 5 times. Connection cuts in and out of the cord is moved at all, which makes this no more than a desktop amp. The cable is too long to comfortably go in your pocket with your device. You also will need to get an adapter for your headphone cable which is annoying. I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE. This is not a good product - and pretty expensive. What a disappointment.

After receiving Matthew's feedback, we looked up his order and found that his converter is still under warranty. While his order is beyond Crutchfield's 60-day return policy, he can contact Astell & Kern at 949-336-4535 for further information about the 1-year warranty on this item.

Terrible Product

Stopped working in 14 months Of course right after warranty is over. I bought this product from Crutchfield and both stopped working and very poor costumer service. This is the second product that I bought and stopped working. Strongly advise not to purchase anything from Crutchfield.
