Outdated

The equipment is out dated. Still uses the old USB-B connection to connect to computer. Im new to this type of equipment and there is very little support on how to connect and use the device on the computer. The software to run the device no longer exists. Would return if I could to buy a more modern piece. Other than that, it seems like a fine piece of equipment for year 2008.

For the price you get a lot features. I would say the pros are great sound quality and good volume control. My main complaint is the lack of multi-track over USB and my unit has a slight tick in the internal cooling fan. The fan is inaudible at a live event, but in a studio it is noticeable. Overall, a very happy customer!
Pros: Sound quality Knobs and slider feel Volume
Cons: Computer connectivity is lack luster.

Now we are talking. The Yamaha mixer improved the mic pickup tremendously. The "on" button is a must when you have multiple mics running but need a quick way to suppress someone. The layout is clean and easy.
Pros: "On" button, sensitivity, layout.
Cons: Volume sliders could use a little better quality build.
