These Mackie CR4-XBT monitors are equally at home in a studio or on a desktop. Each speaker has a 4" woofer and 3/4" silk dome tweeter, and the built-in amplifier generates 25 watts per channel of clean, continuous power. This versatile Mackie system features both 1/4" stereo TRS and stereo RCA inputs, and you can make a convenient wireless connection via built-in Bluetooth.
Efficient speaker design
Mackie built these speakers to look and sound great, with vibration-resistant MDF (medium-density fiberboard) cabinets with brushed-metal faceplates. Each features a rear port for extended bass response, and waveguide technology for wider sound dispersion. There's even a handy speaker placement switch that lets lefties put the speaker with the volume control knob where it's most convenient.

Overview: Featuring Mackie's signature CR Series sound, the CR4-XBT multimedia speakers are the perfect choice for home studios, content creators, gamers, or as upgrade desktop speakers.
Built-In Bluetooth 4.2: The CR4-XBT features music streaming via Bluetooth 4.2. A convenient front-panel push-button lets easily pair your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth enabled device and instantly stream music.
Two-Way Speaker Design: Each Mackie CR4-XBT multimedia monitor speaker features a two-way driver design with one 0.75" ferrofluid-cooled, silk-dome tweeter and one 3" polypropylene-coated woofer with rubber sound. This combination of premium drivers provides a rich and natural studio-quality sound.
Built-in Amplifier: One CR4-XBT speaker includes a built-in 25W RMS/50W Peak Class D amplifier which powers it along with the passive speaker. The amp can provide clean, articulate stereo sound and an ultra-wide frequency response of 65Hz to 20kHz.
Bass Reflex MDF Enclosure: The CR4-XBT multimedia monitor speakers employ a bass reflex enclosure with custom-tuned rear-firing ports for smooth, even bass extension. These all-wood MDF cabinets, with vinyl wrap, provide a natural sonic character superior to low-grade plastic designs. The CR4-XBT speakers do not included grilles.
Convenient Controls: A convenient front-panel volume knob gives you easy access to the On/Off/Volume functions, and a rear-panel "master" power switch is also provided. When both controls are On, a ring around the Running Man logo will illuminate white. A rear-panel speaker placement switch (L/R) lets you choose which side of your desk gets the speaker with the volume knob.
Analog Inputs: The CR4-XBT multimedia speakers give you a choice of analog inputs provided on the rear-panel of the powered monitor. Inputs include:
- Two 1/4" TRS balanced/unbalanced (L/R)
- Two RCA unbalanced (L/R)
Speaker Cable: Because the amplifier is built into only one of the CR4-XBT multimedia monitor speakers, you'll need to connected the included 6.5' speaker cable between the two loudspeaker's rear-panel spring-clip terminals.
Headphone Jack: A dedicated front-panel headphone jack (3.5mm) is provided. Plugging in headphones defeats the speakers for truly silent work and you can quickly adjust levels with the main volume knob.

Using these with a stand-alone 10 track recorder and a separate mixer. Really like the clarity and the spaciousness of the stereo field I am getting. Plenty of power and bass is good without being overw helming. A lot of bang for the dollars spent!
