Almost impossible to remove the speaker once it is installed! That's fine and dandy until you need to replace the ceiling tile it is mounted in (eg. water damage). Grille is tapped into place with a firm force, almost flush. After that there is no provision to remove it. I had to destroy the old ceiling tile and put the speaker on a bench to incrementally pry out grille (all the way around) with a very small Philips head Jewler's screwdriver. Only with the grille out could I back off the 4 screws to re-mount speaker into another tile. Why not have a looser fitting grill with a simple means to drop it?
Pros: Good quality sound Nice neat appearance
Cons: Painful to remove speaker once it is mounted

Great value for 70v

QSC is commercial audio. Great quality speakers, even when running at 70v which tends to not have the best fidelity. Easy ceiling mount, quick installation by non audio maintenance personnel for a hotel. If you're looking for a good looking, relatively inexpensive top quality speaker for background music, this is an excellent choice.
Pros: High quality
Cons: A little taller than you might expect, be sure the ceiling space has adequate room.
