Business Solution: The Samsung QMC Series is not a display for simple advertising. It's a display that brings the solutions, tools, and picture quality to grow to your business, no matter what industry you're in.

• Samsung VXT: Samsung VXT is a cloud-based, digital signage software solution that brings together content management and remote device management capabilities. It allows users to remotely manage hardware settings and troubleshoot issues from afar, while effortlessly creating and deploying content without the need for training. Paid subscription is required for Samsung VXT.
• MDC: Multiple Display Control (MDC) is an application that allows you to easily control multiple display monitor and devices simultaneously using a PC. The QMC Series features two RS232C ports (3.5mm); one to connect to your PC and the other to daisy-chain control to a second display monitor.
• MagicInfo: Samsung’s cloud-based MagicInfo solution enhances Remote Management and helps to manage multiple signage displays and a variety of content efficiently. The Remote Management function will enable you to simply monitor the number of connected devices, their types and errors, and easily manage different devices, as well as remotely control settings such as screen brightness.
• Professional Modes: Built-in professional modes enable more possibilities in specific verticals. Director Mode minimizes post-processing, aligning content to the director’s original intention. Medical teams can simulate medical images such as X-rays with DICOM Simulation Mode, meeting DICOM's full grayscale standards.

Work Space: With the integrated Workspace app, you can easily use the Samsung QMC Series Monitor as a remote PC, share your screen, use Samsung DeX or use MS Office 365.

• Easy Connection: Easy Connection allows you to remotely control your PC through an app. The Easy Connection to Screen app allows you to control your PC from the Samsung QMC Series Monitor. First, install the app on your PC, and then log in with your Samsung account. Make sure your keyboard and mouse are connected to the TV and follow the detailed guide on how to access your PC from the TV.
• Screen Sharing: Screen Sharing allows you to mirror a PC that is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The Samsung QMC Series Monitor comes equipped with Wi-Fi Direct, which facilitates seamless screen sharing between the monitor and your PC. To share your PC's screen on the display monitor, or vice versa, use the on-screen instructions to adjust your settings and connect a computer to your TV using Wi-Fi.
• Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 can be accessed directly using the TV web browser. You can access Microsoft 365 through the Workspace function to edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents. There is no OS limit as this function is based on cloud services when used on the web browser of the Samsung QMC Series Monitor.
• Wireless Samsung DeX: Samsung DeX allows you to use your mobile device as a PC on the TV. With Samsung DeX, you can use your mobile device as a PC using your Samsung QMC Series Monitor. Galaxy devices come with Wireless DeX, so you can easily connect your mobile device to the display monitor using Wi-Fi. From the Workspace menu, select Samsung DeX and follow the on-screen guide.

Smart View (for Android): You are able mirror content from your Samsung Android smartphone with Smart View built-in on the Samsung QSC Series TV. You'll be able to mirror photos, videos, music, online apps and more on the big screen. Within Smart View is a Multi View feature that allows you to mirror the screen of your Samsung mobile device alongside the TV's content at the same time, so you can watch them side-by-side.

Dual USB 2.0 Ports: The display monitor is equipped with two USB-A 2.0 ports; there is one USB 5V/0.5A port for connecting a USB thumbdrive and one USB 5V/1A port for connecting a HDD (hard disk drive). An external HDD may require its own AC power adapter. Both USB 2.0 ports let you view photo and movie files, as well as listen to audio files saved on a compatible USB device. Files must be formatted in FAT, exFAT, or NTFS. The monitor can recognize up to 1,000 files per folder.

Full Web Browser: You can surf the Internet on the monitor as you would on a PC. You may enter a URL addresses or enter a keyword search. The player will archive your web browser history. You can scroll web pages with the directional pad on the included remote. For a more convenient web browsing experience, connect a USB- or Bluetooth-enabled keyboard and mouse (sold separately) to the monitor.

Quantum Processor Lite 4k: Samsung’s Quantum Processor Lite 4K video processing technology enhances every piece of content for clarity and consistency. Intelligent UHD upscaling technology, powered by Samsung’s Quantum Processor Lite 4K, elevates lower-resolution video to UHD, providing a professional picture quality.

• Non-Glare Panel: The QMC Series display feature reliable, non-glare panels that provide better visibility from all angles, any time of day. The non-glare display enables businesses to deliver accurate information in crucial locations, such as airports and train stations.
• Dynamic Crystal Color: Every picture is more immersive with one billion shades of color thanks to Samsung's Dynamic Crystal Color which delivers true-to-life variations, allowing your customers to see every subtlety.

Smart Calibration: Using the Samsung mobile app, Smart Calibration ensures accuracy for every display, with precise calibration that showcases logos and other images in the exact brand colors, as required. The Samsung QMC Series Monitor also offers manual adjustment of picture settings. These settings can be applied to all connected sources or to the current source only.

• Advanced Settings: Advanced picture settings include Picture & Contrast Enhancer, Color Saturation, Tint (G/R), White Balance, Gama, Black/Color/Flesh Tones, and Color Space.

HDMI 2.0: The Samsung QMC Series Monitor is equipped with three HDMI 2.0 inputs to connect to your Blu-ray player, Satellite/Cable receiver, Game Console, and/or AV receiver. Any HDMI input can also be used to connect a PC to this monitor. All HDMI inputs are 4K compatible, HDCP 2.2 compliant, and support 4:4:4 color subsampling. Please use a premium high speed HDMI cable with 18 Gbps and above to view 4K HDR content.

• Supported Resolutions: Supported video resolutions include 4k (24/30/50/60Hz), 1080p (24/30/50/60Hz), 1080i (50/60Hz), 720p (50/60Hz), 480p (60Hz), and 480i (60Hz). The HDMI inputs' "Input Signal Plus" setting should be turned on if you will be watching 4K sources.
• HDCP 2.2 Compliant: HDCP 2.2 compliance makes the monitor fully compatible with the latest copyright protection standard for 4K video transmission from Ultra-HD Blu-ray players and 4K Satellite//Cable providers.
• Color Subsampling: With 4:4:4 (8-bit/60Hz) color subsampling, luminance (brightness) and chroma (color) are sampled at the same rate; resulting in an RGB color palette as big as the video sampling rate for a video image with more total colors, plus greater color accuracy and detail. 4:2:2 (10-bit/60Hz) and 4:2:0 (10-bit/60Hz) are also supported by all HDMI inputs.

ARC (Audio Return Channel): The Audio Return Channel within the display monitor's HDMI 3 input enables the monitor, via a single HDMI cable, to send audio data "upstream" to an A/V receiver; increasing user flexibility and eliminating the need for any separate S/PDIF audio connection. This feature allows audio to be sent from the display monitor to your AV receiver through the same HDMI cable already being used to send audio/video to the display monitor. This eliminates the need for extra cables connected to the monitor. ARC allows audio from the Network connection, inserted USB device, or HDMI inputs to be heard through your ARC compatible AV receiver via the display monitor's HDMI ARC input.

Built-In Speakers: The Samsung QMC Series Monitor is equipped with a 20W stereo speaker system.

• Sound Mode: The Adaptive Sound mode provides optimized sound quality by analyzing the acoustic components (dialog, music and special effects) of the audio content scene-to-scene. The Amplify Sound mode enhances midrange and high frequency sounds, which is useful when voices are difficult to hear. The Standard Sound mode provides a balanced sound where no tones are over emphasized.
• Equalizer: You can manually adjusts the monitor's built-in 7-band EQ (100, 200, 500, 1k, 2k, 5k, & 10k Hz) for a more customized sound.
• Auto Volume: The Auto Volume feature equalizes the sound automatically so that the volume level remains the same when you change between channels and sources.

Analog Output: In addition to HDMI ARC and the built-in speaker system, the Samsung QMC Series Monitor is outfitted with a stereo minijack (3.5mm) output for connection to an external speaker system, such as a soundbar.

Control & Mounting Options

Convenient Home UI: QMC boasts greater usability with an upgraded home screen UI (User Interface). For the ultimate convenience, popular categories such as Favorites, Sources, and Settings are displayed on the home screen, all available in one place. The Favorites folder grants users quick, easy access to frequently used features in a single click.

Remote Control: The supplied IR remote control is designed to operate the Samsung QMC Series Monitor, plus HDMI-connected Samsung Anynet+ and other HDMI-CEC components. 

• HDMI-CEC: You can use the monitor's remote to control external devices that are connected to the monitor by an HDMI cable and that support Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) can control up to 3 devices at the same time.
• IR In: To enhance the display monitor's IR receiver performance, connect an external IR cable (sold separately) to the 3.5mm IR input.

Keyboard & Mouse Compatible: The Samsung QMC Series Monitor will support a USB or Bluetooth enabled keyboard and mouse (both sold separately), which makes web browsing a lot easier.

Timers: You can set Off Timer to shut off the monitor automatically at a specific time; the Off Timer is only available if the Clock has been set. The Sleep Timer switches the display monitor off after a specified amount of time. The Sleep Timer can be set to 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, or 180 minute.

Mounting Options: The QMC commercial display features an ultra-slim depth and is compatible with Samsung's Slim Fit Wall Mount (sold separately), as well as other 3rd-party wall-mount brackets (sold separately). The central positioning of the VESA 600x400 holes on the back of the display enable the weight to be evenly distributed for secure mounting. With the VESA holes now shifted to the center, you can mount the display horizontally (landscape mode) or vertically (portrait mode) while avoiding unintentional tilting. The bezel is consistent and even on all four sides of the display, with the same thickness and dimensions. The uniform design allows for visual consistency when the display is adjusted to portrait mode.¹
