Controller Came Off Mount and Was Lost in Water

I installed the Fusion ARX controller on the side cover near my swim deck using the included mount. While the mount stayed stuck firmly in place, the controller itself detached and fell into the water during normal use. This is frustrating and disappointing for a product meant for marine environments. For the price, I expected better durability and a more secure design. I've reached out to Garmin to see if they offer any refund or replacement options, but I'm not happy with how easily the unit came loose. Great concept, but poor execution. Be cautious about mounting this anywhere near water - which is kind of the whole point.

Pros: Easy setup

Cons: Lost control due to it detracting from the mount.
