Solid product, even better with Crutchfield behind it

Solid modem and purchasing through Crutchfield with their knowledgeable resources made the process simple and straightforward. Had a couple of issues with Comcast, but not the fault of the NETGEAR product, 100% the fault of Xfinity and their internal system issues. Was able to get the product back on-line easily and having the ability to get into the device and show them the issue was on their side, made it easier. Since that hick-up the connection has been solid and steady with a consistent 1Gig speed.

Pros: Simple setup Steady, consistent use

Cons: None (unless you count Xfinity's inabilities)

Infinity sent me a message stating that I needed a hi-speed modem to receive higher speeds, I purchased this unit for that very reason. When I went to connect, your directions were clear except how to connect router in series or if necessary, so I was unable to make an internet connection using new modem. So, in short, I had to reconnect old configuration.
