Great router and easy to setup

Replaced older NETGEAR nighthawk. Set up was easy though app. Not seeing the amount of drops or lag with devices. So far, glad I decided to upgrade.

Set up glitches but significantly better

Had some trouble setting this up. Specifically it would not broadcast the SSID. So I got some help from Crutchfield Tech supt. They had me do a factory reset which got the SSID to display. From there tech supt referred me to the network support. While I waited, I was able to connect using the web app and finalize the set up. The RS300 wifi router is stronger than the Eero 6E Pro that was supplied by the service provider with a monthly fee. So the R300 will mostly pay for itself in 2 yrs. Also I no longer need the TP Link extender, which I bought a couple years ago.

Pros: Stronger wifi signal

Cons: Set up not plug and play
