I purchased a Denon DRA 800H home stereo a few year's ago with Kipsch speaker's and woofer. New speakers for my truck. And I just purchased extra long wiring for my home stereo. Everything's been nothing but excellent.

Great cable for the price

I needed a longer cable to connect my Kanto Ren bookshelf speakers to my Audioengine S8 sub. This cable looks, feels and performs great. It routes nicely and stays flat. I would highly recommend this product.

SVS SoundPath RCA Audio Interconnect Cable

I was experiencing a loud hum when my sub woofer was plugged in. I used the cable included with my stereo to hook it up. Research online suggested a "feedback loop" and I tried several different remedies with no improvement. I called Crutchfield to get assistance with the issue and we decided to try replacing the cable. The product which arrived was much more substantial and had better connectors. The feedback was eliminated and the sub woofer really makes a difference. 100% happy with this purchase!

A Great Upgrade To My Old Flimsy Cable!

I definitely needed a subwoofer cable upgrade since the subwoofer I replaced was 25 years old and the cable was bare-minimum flimsy. This new one is a HUGE improvement. Be aware when you plug it in that it's directional (an arrow on the cable will show you which way to install it).

Perfect for subwoofer

Used to wire a sub at the back of a theater room. This was the perfect length for this install with just the slightest amount of slack in the wire. The wire is thick, braded and zero signal loss to the sub and the connectors fit nice and snug and don't feel loose at all. Couldn't be happier with the quality.

Pleasant surprise in a subwoofer interconnect cable.

I didn't expect to hear a difference substituting a 12 ft Audioquest subwoofer cable for a 20 ft SVS subwoofer cable, hey... it's a subwoofer. Initially, the subwoofer didn't appear as prominent as I was used to (AQ) and I attributed that to the extra length (SVS) maybe? During the next couple of music-only listening sessions, my first impressions were that the SVS cable offered a smoother overall delivery and that the Audioquest had a more dynamic and less contained overall delivery to my Paradigm sub. I've been attracted to the SVS Soundpath interconnect because of the perceived better cohesiveness with my main speakers and the sub. I am well aware that this is all subjective but I am hearing a difference. Whether it's the construction differences between both cables or the added length, I'm happy with the sound, ease of use (tangle-free), and smooth jacket feel of the SVS cable.

Cables Better than Wireless?

Wired vs. wireless, always a good conversation and nobody is really right or wrong. Do you want flexibility or good performance? I have had both applications on the same subs over many years. For me, I am staying with cables. You can still fine tune with placement options, crossover setting and phasing if not pleased with auto calibration processes. I believe cables give better overall depth and punch as well as the ability to set gain lower with cables. Do your research and ensure you get the performance you need at the price point that makes sense.

Who knew

Huge improvement over coax sub cable. I thought it was a placebo effect, but confirmed it on two different setups. Bass is more defined, rounder and less boomy.

Just finished setting up my new outdoor system that I ordered from Crutchfield and it sounds amazing!! Two Focal 100 OD 8'S, an SVS PC 2000 Pro Subwoofer, Yamaha receiver, Samsung 65" TV and an SVS Soundpath sub cable! Nice Combination of Performance, Aesthetics, & Value

These seem to be a very nice combination of performance, aesthetics, & value. Very easy to connect and manage in each of the three applications I use them - media room, family room, and bedroom systems. Haven't needed it yet, but with SVS customer service backing you up they're definitely worth a try if you're considering sub cables in the price range. Easily recommended!

Solid cable, well built, no complaints. It works and it's high enough quality that I highly doubt anything could be better. It could be worse though, that's why I think it's worth putting slightly more than the minimum money into cables.

Solid, budget friendly RCA mono audio cable

I can't speak to any "sound" qualities of these cables. But the price to build quality ratio is very high indeed. These cables slot really nice in the price range between the entry level basic Hosa style and the rarefied high-end Tributaries / AudioQuest products. The connectors are a solid, tight fit on the output jacks. The braided sleeves with thicker cable offer up good shielding and robust signal transfer. I use these between my preamp outs on my AVR to a 5-channel outboard power amp. Highly recommended.

You bought a nice sub, buy a nice cable

I made the mistake of using some random RCA cable from the bottom of a drawer in my house (probably from an old VCR or DVD player) when I first received my new Klipsch subwoofer. I was VERY disappointed with the sub. I knew it wasn't a quality cable but didn't realize how bad it could be--I won't go into the details. I finally got around to ordering a new cable it sounds like an entirely different speaker. Glad I ponied up the $40 and didn't risk something marginally cheaper on another retailer.

This cable is very well made, connectors fit nice and tight. Cables/cords do make a difference. Don't go cheap when it comes to cables, speaker wire. This SVS cable is more than worth the price. It's like a guy has a Custom Les Paul with a Marshall stack and chose the $10 cord and wonders why it sounds like crap (popping, crackling, hissing). Again, don't cheap out regarding cables. This SVS SoundPath RCA Audio cable is Quality, Performance, and Peace of Mind

It's a really nice cable with the cloth type wire casing which I like and wasn't too expensive. However, I ordered the wrong length and I requested a return/exchange to get the correct length. This was my second experience with Crutchfield and the response from the returns department was totally unexpected even though I made the mistake of ordering the wrong length. I wish every retailer had as good of customer service. From now on, if they sell the category I am looking for, I will buy it from them.

Top shelf solid quality cable. If your purchasing this obviously you have the SVS subwoofer, best sub on the market, if you plan on purchasing I'd get now as I think it only a matter of time until price increase.
