Will they work for Sony SA-SW5?

These Isolation feet will not work with your Sony powered subwoofer; however, we do have some isolation platforms that are listed as an accessory with the Sony SA-SW-5 powered subwoofer. Are they compatible for a vehicle ?

They are designed for the home environment. We are not aware of any testing that's been done to check if the sound still benefits from them still work in a vehicle, and if they are safe to use in a vehicle.

I am not certain, but they come with several different sizes of screws, so they should fit. My tile floor is textured, so it's slightly uneven and the soft rubber helps keep my speakers from being wobbly. I have these on all 3 SVS subs I own, my Revel tower speakers, my center channel stand, and surround speaker stands. They do a good job of decoupling the subs from the floor, so the bass sounds great and nearby objects do not vibrate unless you get below 30 Hz. I am a big fan of them, even though I think they are a little pricey.

Yes-IF, and I cannot tell-the SB-1000 has screw holes already in bottom to mount the feet to. ( look up SVS company number on google and call them-they are extremely helpful)

Yes they do and really well highly recommended especially if you have wall mounted pictures and loose windows I use them on hard wood floors in a raised house and they work grate for my application

My subwoofer weighs 65 lbs. The SVS website states a set of four are compatable with subs up to 122 lbs.

How much weight can a set of 4 of these carry? Will they work to replace spike feet on stereo rack that will now be placed on wood/laminate flooring?

I have the SVS PB2000 subwoofer and the weight of this is 65lbs; in which I have 4 of these without any issues. Hope this information helps.

The SVS SB16 Ultra subwoofer weighs 122lbs and a set of four can handle that which is the largest four pad subwoofer that SVS produces.

SVS does not share any kind of load capability. However the largest sub they recommend for the set of 4 is the SB-16 that weighs in at 145lbs. Hope this helps.

They are heavy duty. I purchased a couple sets this past summer. They will work fine on laminate and carry the weight of the rack with ease. I'm using them on a bamboo floor.
