The PATV65 sports a pair of weather-ready 6-1/2" speakers with 1-1/2" soft-dome tweeters along with a built-in amplifier. You'll get powerful performance wherever the trail takes you.
Built-in Bluetooth connectivity and a handy weatherproof remote control allow you to stream stored music or enjoy your favorite apps while keeping your Apple or Android phone in your pocket and out of the way. You can also connect your MP3 player using the handy AUX input.
Ultra-efficient lighting
With the 12-volt powered PATV65 mounted on your ATV, you won't have to navigate by the light of the moon unless you want to. The built-in LED light bar gives you the illumination you need to travel safely without draining your vehicle's battery. The secret is a custom-tooled magnifying lens that covers the LEDs and amplifies their output for maximum efficiency. You'll get lots of light without using lots of current.
Made for off-road adventuring
The entire assembly is water-resistant, so feel free to ford those streams, jump those puddles, and hose off all the mud and muck afterwards. Ideal for ATV/UTV, jet ski, boat, or even snowmobile applications, this speaker comes with four adjustable mounting straps for simple, secure installation. Features
All-Terrain Audio System: The Planet Audio PATV65 was designed to be an optimally functional weatherproof sound system for use on your ATV, Side-by-Side, or for while Tailgating and Camping. The powersports amplified sound system can be mounted to your ATV using the four included nylon adjustable straps.
Coaxial Speaker Design: The Planet Audio all-terrain sound system features two 6.5" poly-injection woofers and two coaxially-mounted 1.5" PEI soft-dome tweeters for dynamic sound. The two coaxial two-way speakers are powered by a built-in 450 Watt (Peak) amplifier for loud outdoor sound.
Fully-Enclosed Speaker Cabinet: The PATV65 employs a fully-enclosed speaker cabinet made of durable ABS plastic to protect it from the elements.
Bluetooth Music Streaming: Thanks to built-in Bluetooth (version 3.0+EDR) you are able to wirelessly stream stored music and music apps from your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet device to the Planet Audio PATV65. You can operate basic playback control (like Play/Pause & Previous/Next track) from the included wired remote. Advanced music control and view song/artist information from your Bluetooth-enabled mobile device.
Note: Due to the differences in Bluetooth technology, some Bluetooth enabled devices may be incompatible, function improperly, or may not support all features when used with the Planet Audio PATV65.
Aux Input: The Planet Audio all-terrain speaker system's Aux input consists of a male stereo minijack (3.5mm) connector that is attached to the included wired remote via a 7' cable.
Wired Remote Controller: The Planet Audio PATV65 comes with a wired remote control. This in-line wired remote controls basic playback functions like Power On/Off, Play/Pause, Previous/Next Track, and Volume Up/Down; as well as control the brightness of the LED lightbar. The wired remote controller can be mounted to your ATV's handlebar or simply surface-mounted. The wired remote has a 6' cable length.
LED Lightbar: The PATV65 all-terrain speaker's LED lightbar utilizes a custom tooled magnifying lens to light your ride without putting undue strain on the vehicle's battery.
Power & Ground: The PATV65 features a 6' power cord terminated with a male cigarette lighter type plug (a 15A fuse is installed in the cigarette lighter plug). A power cord adapter is also included with a female cigarette lighter type plug on one end and +12 volt and ground ring terminals on the other for connection directly to the battery.
