First off they are worth the money! They have a very full and realistic sound and handle the power. I put these in the ceiling of my kitchen and I can still hear my living room speakers when I'm in the Kitchen and wanted some speakers that were comparable in sound. I tried some inexpensive name brand speakers and wasn't happy with the sound difference coming from the living room. I have Polk Reserve R700 and Polk 265 LS speakers in the living room and when I walk from room to room the sound is very close. I run all my speakers off separate Carver amps the ELAC's are powered by a Carver TFM 15 with a 100 watts per channel. They sound very good at low volumes and still sound good at higher volumes with no distortion. The vocal's are very clear and realistic and they do actually have a decent bass response. I listen mainly to classic rock Sammy Hagar, Lynynd Skynyrd, ect. Stevie Nick's and Amy Lee's vocals are very pleasing. The magnetic grills are nice for removing easily and no plastic bezel makes for a very nice look. Would highly recommend buying them!

Pros: Great sound and Performance!

Cons: Cost a little more, but you get what you pay for!

Good sound, impressive power handling, good low end.

I was very pleased with the sound quality of the Elac ceiling speakers. They sound great and I just don't think you can find a better deal and still get the same frequency response and power handling. These replaced some 5.25" Boston Acoustics ceiling speakers and have really brought my 7.1.4 atmos system to life.

Pros: Good sound. Impressive power handling. Good low end (doesn't bottom out during heavy duty soundtracks) Nice magnetic grills.

Cons: Not really a con, but they do have some weight to them. Make sure they are securely fastened.

Great sound once you finally get through installation!

They sound great, but installation was tough! It was very difficult to get the speakers secured into the ceiling. Certainly something needs to be done to correct the installation issue, but otherwise, the speakers are great.

Pros: Great sound

Cons: INSTALLATION!
