3-Channel Passive Soundbar: Elac's Muro Series MSB41L passive soundbar delivers 3 channels of your home theater audio experience - including front left, front right, and center - all in one speaker enclosure. It's dedicated center speaker ensure that dialog from your favorite TV shows and movies is always center stage, while the left and right channels deliver the performance and impact of traditional bookshelf speakers. By incorporating the center and front channels inside one passive soundbar speaker, your home theater speaker system's footprint is greatly reduced.

Silk Dome Tweeter w/ Waveguide: The Elac MSB41L passive soundbar speaker features a total of three 1" silk soft-dome tweeters; one for each channel of the soundbar. The waveguide surrounding each 1" soft-dome tweeter features a custom, deep spheroid profile to improve directivity control and efficiency.

Custom-Designed Aluminum Woofers: The Muro Series MSB41L houses a total of four 4" aluminum cone woofers. The front right and left channels each have one 4" aluminum cone woofer, while the center channel has two 4" aluminum cone woofers. Aluminum cones offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio and improved damping characteristics over conventional paper or plastic drivers. This added strength means arriving at designs that achieve a broader bandwidth with smoother response.

Passive Radiator Design: In order to increase and deliver more bass response from a slender soundbar speaker enclosure, the Elac MSB41L employs a passive radiator design with a total of four 4" aluminum cone auxiliary bass radiators. The front right and left channels each have one 4" aluminum auxiliary bass radiator, while the center channel has two 4" aluminum auxiliary bassradiators. The MSB41L can produce low frequencies down to 70Hz.

Multi-Element Crossover: A custom multi-element crossover (2800Hz) with audio-grade components is implemented to ensure smooth transition between the MSB41L passive soundbar's high-frequency and low-frequency drivers.

MDF Enclosure w/ Magnetic Grille: The Muro Series MSB41L passive soundbar utilizes a CARB2 rated MDF enclosure that is rigid and inert to prevent unwanted vibration and coloring of sound. The MDF enclosure is wrapped in a black or white vinyl material with a painted satin black or white front baffle. The included magnetic grille easily attaches to the front of the speaker enclosure.

Spring Post Terminals: The Elac Muro Series MSB41L is outfitted with a total of six spring post terminals to connect the passive soundbar speaker to the front left, front right, and center speaker outputs of your AV receiver. Each channel of the passive soundbar had two dedicated spring post terminals (make sure these are hooked up appropriately to your AV receiver). The spring post terminals will accept bare wire (up to 12AWG), pin-connectors, and banana plugs (single or dual).

Wall-Mount Bracket: The Elac MSB41L passive soundbar measures 60.5" (w) x 6.0" (h) x 3.5" (d) and is designed for 65" TVs and larger. The MSB41L includes a two-piece bracket system and mounting template that allow you to mount the speaker on the wall. The soundbar can be mounted above or below your TV. It should be centered with your TV and have a minimum distance of 1" between the soundbar and your television. This is fixed wall-mount bracket, so it does not swivel or tilt. The MSB41L cannot be used with any other wall-mount bracket system.

Muro Series: The Muro Series by Elac offers a variety of ways to create a modern and minimalistic home theater speaker system in your home that sounds immersive and enveloping. The Muro Series consists of two passive soundbar loudspeakers (MSB41S/MSB41L), an on-wall LCR loudspeaker (OW-V41L), an on-wall surround loudspeaker (OW-V41S), and two powered subwoofers (SUB2010/SUB2020). A satin black or white painted finish gives the Muro Series speaker line-up a luxurious look to fit into practically any decor.
