Item does not work with QSC amplifiers

The item (AtlasIED Y-sum Cable with Europin Connector) did not work with the QSC amplifier I had - the amp did not receive a signal even when I tried to reverse every connection but the cable. The Cable negative contact and jumper are soldered together and felt that disrupting this would void my return. I did read that other buyers had to do this to get the cable working - just shouldn't be necessary for a cable at this price. I'll try to make my own. Overall the Crutchfield experience is great - the item was easy to locate, I was able to order and it arrived the next day. So 5 stars for the experience and the customer service.

Just what i needed

Precisely what I needed to connect an RTi audio matrix to a few Crown 70v amps. Make sure to check polarity on the Phoenix connectors. Mine needed to be reversed.

I have yet to get this product to work. I am using this to attach an AppleTV to a Behringer ZMX8210 but the Behringer does not sense any signal. I reached out to Crutchfield and they recommended turning off the Dolby on the AppleTV. I tried that and it didn't work. I reached out to the manufacturer and they never got back to me.
