Hi, looking for a Ktec ac adapter KA12A120040033U. Input 120V, 60Hz. Output:12V AC 400mA. Will this universal power adapter work for it? This is for a Christmas house. Need 3 of them. thanks

This will not work sadly, Scott. This Hosa Universal Power Adapter has a DC output, it appears you need something that will output 12V of alternating current at 400ma. We actually do not carry an adjustable AC adapter, but I think I found your exact replacement unit in the link below from a third party. This looks like the exact replacement for the specs you mentioned, take a look and I hope this helps!

my unit requires 9V, 500mah. Will this unit work?

All signs look like a go from my end, Larry. This unit looks like it supports DC output up to a 1200mA max so your 500mA unit is under that. Of course make sure to have 9v selected on the voltage dial. I have found from personal experience that not all devices match up to the array of plug sizes, but most units will have a plug offered that will work for them. If you do have any issues, you have a full 60 days for returns!
