Golf cart dash

This is my second dash install, love the greywood look. The marine gauge style is easy for radio installation. I use fender washers and rubber spacers under the mounting feet so they won't crack.

Pros: Great look. Allows for better stereo options

Cons: Can crack if you're not careful

Looks awesome and was a great fit! Pretty easy to install, just have to drill a few holes. The material is a little thin, so not sure about its durabiity. Overall, very pleased with the dash and the fitment.

The concept of this is neat, and it can help with looks. However, the design of this is poor. This should cost much less than the listed price. First, it is flimsy to the point when running it down the steering wheel it can crack if you are not perfectly setting it down. Fine. When bolting it, the spots to run the bolts snap real easily and no longer offer a tight bolt down. The storage door on mine is not center. It is off to the left by about half an inch! I also do not understand why there is a lip at the very end of the dash. There is supposed to be a pre-cut opening next to the gauge style stereo as seen in the picture advertised, however, mine did not come with one. I hope to god I never have to take this thing off. It does not sit firmly and I had to drill holes at the top into the golf cart to ensure this would not move. I would not recommend.

I read a lot of reviews complaining about the thickness of this product. Yes it's thin but what do you expect for the price. I think it's a great buy. Be a little creative. I added door edge to the front edge. Dyna-Matt to the back. Also add some sound dampening material in your original gloveboxs behind the speakers. Stack some fender washers under the mounting holes so you don't crush the dash. A couple little tweaks and this dash is great. Looks and with the new stereo sounds great.

Overall looks great. Poorly molded, certain areas are so thin that you can shine a flashlight right through it. Would have been better if it were a fiberglass mold, not plastic. I wouldn't buy another one.

Dash install was easy, but the bolts are silver which doesn't make sense for a black dash. Picked up new ones from my local hardware store.
