Timeless photography — made possible by Impossible
Impossible is a company after our own heart. They have a passion for classic Polaroid cameras and have poured considerable time and energy into making them available to modern photographers. They bought the last Polaroid factory after it shut down in 2008, and re-invented instant photography from the ground up. They've created new cameras based on the original technology, refurbished a vast number of original Polaroids, and made sure there's plenty of film to go in all of them.

Features
The Impossible Project Story: When Polaroid announced in February 2008 that they would no longer manufacture film for Polaroid instant cameras, the Impossible Project was born. A few months later, Impossible purchased the production machinery from the last remaining factory before it closed down. Since the original formula was no longer available, the company had to reinvent instant film from scratch. Today, Impossible is the only company in the world that makes instant film in the original Polaroid formats, in both Color and Black & White.
Compatibility: This item is an 8-pack of Impossible Polaroid 600 B&W Instant Film. It is compatible with Polaroid 600-type cameras and Impossible I-type cameras.
Impossible Instant Film: The Impossible Polaroid 600 B&W Instant Film produces detailed, high contrast photos with depth, atmosphere, and texture. The film has a speed rating of ASA 640. Each photo has the iconic white frame, just like original Polaroids. When an image is taken with a Polaroid or Impossible camera, the photo is ejected from the front of the camera. Images will begin to emerge within 1 minute, and full development of the photograph takes place in about 5 to 10 minutes. The Impossible Polaroid 600 instant film also contains a battery which powers the camera.
Precautions: The Impossible film is the most sensitive to light when it is first ejected from the camera. Many of the Polaroid 600 cameras that have been refurbished by Impossible are fitted with the Impossible Frog Tongue, which shields the film upon ejection. You should never shake or fan the photo while the picture is being developed. Unopened film packs should be stored under refrigeration, but never frozen. The film works best within 12 months of the production date stamped on the bottom of the box.
