How to place an order with a foreign billed credit card

1. Go to your Cart and select "Go to secure checkout".
2. Write your full name exactly as it appears on the credit card.
3. Enter your email.
4. Please enter your U.S. shipping address and phone number into the "Billing address" fields of the checkout form. You will provide your foreign billing information later. Crutchfield can only accept a verifiable US delivery address.
5. Under "Shipping Address", please check "Ship to my billing address". There will be a separate field for you to enter your international billing information.
6. Click, "Next: Shipping & Payment."
7. On the Payment Page you will be asked to select a "Shipping option". You can choose the type of shipping service you prefer. Standard Shipping usually arrives within one to six business days after your package leaves our facility.
8. Under "Payment method", select the method that you wish to use and complete the form.
9. Click on the link titled "Foreign Billed address" at the bottom left-hand corner of the page. Enter your actual billing information for your foreign billed credit card under the "Address" field in the following way:
   • Your name exactly as it appears on your credit card.
   • Complete billing address for the credit card (please include city, country, and any postal codes).
   • Complete billing phone (please include country and city codes).
   • Name of bank that issued the credit card.
   • Bank phone number that appears on reverse side of credit card.
10. Then click, "Next: Review My Order."
11. This will take you to the "Review & Submit" page. Look over the details of the order and confirm that the products and ship-to address are correct.
12. Click "Submit My Order."
13. Don't forget to make note of your Crutchfield order number.
