Yes | No 5 out of 5 Excellent kit Written By DSL, Northwest Indiana on Thursday, July 28, 2005 For connecting a single amp this kit has everything. The patch cables are a little thin but they still sound great. I'm using this to power a sony xm2200gtx bridged into two 12" subs. The patch cables were a little long for my application (ION), but they are made to fit a wider variety of vehicles. I had about three feet of extra patch to hide, but that will also depend on how you route them. Since my battery is in my trunk I didn't need the full length of power cable, one bit a warning; 4 gauge cable is fairly thick. regular wire cutters won't work. I used a hack saw with reasonably clean results. The crimps connectors are good if you know how to use them, however i replaced the heatshrink with a little better quality. the stuff that's included looks good but doesn't shrink that well.overall, this kit has everything you'll need with only a few flaws. for the price however, it is an excellent compromise for someone looking for a low cost way to get quality power to a high power amp. 17 out of 18 people found this helpful Was this review helpful?
