Great news! Those points will be available. Once you create your Crutchfield account, you will receive points for eligible purchases that were made using the same email address.
Your pending points will be visible on your account page up to 24 hours after your order ships.
Your pending points will be available 15 days after your order ships. You can verify that your points have moved from "pending" to "available" on your Crutchfield account page.
When you return items, the points you earned for buying them are deducted from your account.
You will earn points on all merchandise purchases. Gift Card purchases, taxes, and shipping fees do not count toward point accumulation. You can also earn rewards by referring others to Crutchfield through the Crutchfield Friends Program.
Your Rewards Points are not transferrable and may only be used when you are signed into your Crutchfield account.
You must be logged into your Crutchfield account to use your Rewards Points. Just click "Apply Crutchfield Rewards" in cart or in checkout and your available rewards balance will be deducted from your order total*.
