Features
HDMI to Composite AV Converter: The HELIOS CS-HDMAV is a HDMI to composite AV converter. It takes a HDMI audio/video signal and converts it over to composite video and stereo RCA.
HDMI Input: The HELIOS CS-HDMAV is equipped with a female full-size HDMI 1.3 input. HDMI cable sold separately.
Analog AV Output: The CS-HDMAV is outfitted with a composite video output and stereo RCA audio outputs. Composite video and stereo RCA cables sold separately.
Supported Video Resolutions: The HDMI input will accept 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p video signals. The composite video output only supports 480i, so any higher video resolutions will be down-converted. The CS-HDMAV can be set to PAL or NTSC video.
Supported Audio Formats: The HDMI input will accept 2ch to 5.1ch audio (including Dolby Digital & DTS). Multichannel audio will be down-converted to 2-channel through the CS-HDMAV's stereo RCA outputs.
Power Requirements: The HELIOS CS-HDMAV features a miniUSB port and comes with a 29" miniUSB-to-USB cable which must be connected to a USB power source (not included).

It's a bit pricey, but it works. Sure you can find something on Amazon a lot cheaper -- with some really bad reviews about reliability and customer service. Crutchfield's customer service is the best -- as are their products.
