Overview: JL Audio's SB-GM-AVAL/12TW3 Stealthbox has been specifically designed to fit select 2002 - 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche and 2002 - 2009 Cadillac Escalade vehicles. It features two 12" TW3-D8 subwoofers in a custom sealed enclosure that mounts in place of your vehicle's mid-gate while still maintaining its folding functionality.

Subwoofers: The JL Audio Stealthbox's two 12" TW3-D8 thin-line subwoofers offer a powerful combination of a shallow mounting depth and high excursion capability. They feature a "concentric tube" structure built into the injection-molded mica-filled cone body. This supports the voice-coil and full annular spider, while allowing the larger motor structure to be placed further forward in the speaker than with conventional designs. This can produce deep powerful bass from a small enclosure. The two dual 8 ohm subwoofers are wired for a 2 ohm output to a single set of terminals, and are capable of handling 800 watts RMS (400W RMS each driver). Black steel mesh grills are included for both drivers.

Enclosure: The Stealthbox enclosure is made from 100% fiberglass that's been coated in a durable textured material designed to match the vehicle bed. The enclosure has been configured to mount in place of the factory mid-gate using the original factory hardware. This maintains access between the cabin and bed for carrying long items.
