Overview: The Ring Spotlight Cam Plus outdoor security camera watches over your property day and night. It is equipped with a motion-activated spotlight that can light up a wide area. It connects to your home's Wi-Fi network so you can view the streaming video on the Ring app directly from your computer or smart device. It has a microphone and speaker for two-way audio capability. The Spotlight Cam Plus is powered by a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery, and comes with a mounting bracket and hardware. Two Ring Spotlight Cams are included in this multi-pack.

Camera: The battery-operated security camera has a wide-angle lens with a 140° field of view. The camera produces bright 1080p HD video in a Live View that you can watch on your phone, tablet, or computer. Adjustable motion sensors cover a wide arc, and can detect movement up to 30 feet away (based on a 10-foot mounting height). When motion is detected, the LED spotlights will automatically turn on, and a notification will be sent to your smart device through the Ring - Always Home app. Even with the lights off, the camera's infrared LEDs will enable the night vision.

110dB Siren: The camera features a 110-decibel siren alarm that will help scare off any intruders. The siren is remote activated from the Ring App on your smart device or computer.

Weather Resistant: The Spotlight Cam Plus is designed to be used outdoors. It is resistant to inclement weather and temperature extremes (-4°F to 120°F).

Installation: The camera can be mounted on an exterior wall or under an eave or overhang of your home. Once you have selected your mounting spot, you will need to first install and level the mounting bracket. The bracket can be installed directly onto wooden surfaces, or on masonry/stucco structures using the provided wall anchors. Once the bracket is installed, the camera securely locks into place on the bracket. The camera has an integrated ball-and-socket adjustment that lets you position the camera for your desired view. The camera must be installed where there is a strong Wi-Fi signal. A minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps is required.

Wi-Fi: The Ring Spotlight Cam Wired operates on an 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connection on the 2.4 GHz band. Connecting the camera to your home network allows you to view your camera's live stream or recorded videos from virtually anywhere on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. The camera is compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant smart devices, for listening to notifications or viewing the video feed from an Echo Show or Google Nest Hub smart display.

Power: The Spotlight Cam Plus is powered by the included rechargeable battery pack (3.6V, 5800mAh, 20.88Wh). The camera has a second battery slot for adding an optional Quick Release Battery Pack, sold separately, to essentially double its battery life. The battery has a Micro-B USB port for charging with the included cable. On the back of the camera is a power input for adding an optional Solar Panel (USB-C), Plug-in Adapter, or Hardwired Kit (all sold separately).

Ring - Always Home App: The free Ring - Always Home app pulls together all of your Ring devices, including Video Doorbells and Security Cameras. The app sends you an instant alert when someone triggers the camera's motion sensor, or rings your Ring Video Doorbell. You'll be able to see, hear, and speak to anyone on your property using your smart device. In addition, the app lets you create a virtual Neighborhood Watch and receive alerts from your neighbors. In the app, you can customize the Motion Zones, times for receiving (or not receiving) alerts, and how often to be notified for motion events. The Ring App is available for Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch running iOS 15.0 or later, and for Android devices running version 9.0 and up. The app is also available for Windows 10 and macOS 10.11 or later.
