Overview: The Simplified MFG EX1L HDMI extender features an HDMI Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX) module that lets you extend HDMI signals up to 394' for 4K signals and up to 492' for 1080p signals, all via a CAT6/6a connection (sold separately).

Supported Resolutions: The EX1L supports 18Gbps bandwidth for HDR 8/10/10+ and Dolby Vision transmission, and supports WCG (Wide Color Gamut) and HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) signals. Supported video formats and resolutions include:

• 4K@50/60Hz (4:4:4, 4:2:2, 4:2:0)
• 4K@30Hz (4:4:4)
• 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 720i, 480p, 480i
• All HDMI 3D TV formats
• All PC resolutions including 1920x1200

Color Depth:

HDMI/HDCP: The EX1L HDMI extender is HDMI 2.0b, HDCP 2.2/1.4, and DVI 1.0 compliant, making it capable of passing most any type of video signal.

Connections: The EX1L Transmitter includes an HDMI In for connecting a playback device such as a DVD or Blu-ray player. An HDMI Out on the Transmitter provides a pass-through for the input signals, letting you monitor playback from the Transmitter location. The HDMI Receiver includes a single HDMI Out. Signal transmission between the Transmitter and the Receiver is made using CAT6/6a cable (sold separately) connected to each module's HDBaseT port.

Audio: Compatible HDMI digital audio formats include: LPCM (2/5.1/7.1CH), Dolby Digital, DTS 5.1, Dolby Digital+, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Atmos, and DTS:X. 

• Transmitter: A stereo 3.5mm TRS jack provides an analog audio output to monitor the HDMI input signal.
• Receiver: Includes both a stereo 3.5mm TRS analog audio output, along with a S/PDIF optical digital output. The optical output supports LPCM 2.0, LPCM 5.1, and Dolby Digital.

Control:

• IR: The Simplified MFG EX1L supports bi-directional infrared control signals, letting you send IR signals over CAT6/6a cable to control devices on both ends of the system. 3.5mm IR In and IR Out jacks on both the Transmitter and Receiver let you use the two included IR Receivers and IR Blasters for controlling a connected playback device on the Transmitter and a TV or monitor connected to the Receiver.
• RS-232: Both the EX1L Transmitter and Receiver modules include a 3-pin Euroblock (Phoenix) connector for bi-directional RS-232 commands, letting you connect an optional third-party RS-232 controller to either module and control a connected device on the opposite end.

PoE: The EX1L Transmitter and Receiver include 24VDC power inputs for connecting the included AC power supply (24VDC/1A output). Only one module, Transmitter or Receiver, will require a power connection and will supply power to the other module via PoE (Power over Ethernet) through the connected CAT6/6a cable.

Service Port: The Simplified MFG EX1L Transmitter and Receiver both include a front-panel micro-B USB Service Port for updating the firmware.
