Set up the new Samsung yesterday and the picture has blown me away. The old Samsung was a 60 series in the same size, so it was super easy to set up. The glare off the sliders has gone away and the colors are richer and much more vivid. I am very happy with this choice plus I got it as a scratch and dent with a nice discount but can't find a scratch or dent on it. Thanks and a Happy Customer again Greg

Great product and easy setup

Great product which I highly recommend. Picture was great just from the factory settings and I later made only VERY minor modifications. The Glare-free screen is excellent in my room where the TV is placed between two windows which receive bright sunlight. Sound from the onboard speakers (without a Sound Bar) is perfectly adequate but may require some adjustment to meet your needs. Of course external audio is always a better option. Some reviews had complained about the lack of a full printed User Guide. I quickly sourced and downloaded (as an Adobe PDF file) the massive Guide: 271 numbered pages - all in English! but have not yet gone through it. I can understand why Samsung would not include that "book" and I do not need to print it out. The enclosed illustration page and 8-page "Simple User Guide" was all I needed to assemble and attach the HEAVY stand (a 20 pound steel wedge) and to connect the separate electronics box. The tiny remote control is not my favorite, but just beginning to play with it everything seems to work just as intended and a 4-page guide for that was also included. I was surprised that when I switched on my Bluetooth headphone it immediately was automatically recognized and paired with the TV without even having to do anything manually - nice! And plugging all of my devices (e.g., BluRay disc player, Cable STB, etc.) into the control box is easy - especially if done before hanging that unit on the back of the stand.

Exceptional picture. Very versatile to your needsl

Very nice picture with a WOW factor in it especially action and nature scenery. I absolutely love the One Connect box. No more squeezing behind the TV to hook different wires and accessories. That was a very major selling point Set up was a breeze for getting the picture right. Adjust as little or as much as you like. Personally I liked it just straight with factory setting, but you have nearly infinite adjustments for you to super fine tune it all you want. Be sure to download the PDF file for the owners manual. The ONLY cons I can think of is wishing the remote had #'s on it, but you can add a keyboard and a lot of other accessories to suit your needs. But the reason it got 4 stars and instead of 5 is that the base was nearly impossible to assemble (the instruction paper that came with it was useless) without the help of going on Youtube that walks you step by step. I can't comment on wall mounting as I chose the base. Very nice sounding and looking TV with a stunning glare free screen!!! Take your time and set it up without rushing and then sit back and enjoy.

The OLED panel looks amazing! It's extremely clear, well defined picture with excellent color. A perfect upgrade from my seven year old Sony Bravia XBR. The Samsung has many features and it will take to time to set-up, but it's worth it. The anti-glare feature is something we love and works really well in our sun filled living room. Finally, great service from the Crutchfield team I worked with. I had a special shipping request and they were able to accommodate me. Thanks Folks

Amazing picture and practicality

Stunning brightness and clarity in a beautiful form factor (with the One Connect box usefully separate from the TV for easier mounting and added flexibility). The anti-glare feature significantly enhances the viewing experience. One tip: Samsung has very helpful videos on operating the unit on YouTube - you'll need them as a user manual is not included.

Great Picture

Everything as advertised. The clear picture even in very bright, open floor plan room during the day. Very easy to set up . Not sure about the sound as I paired it with an Ultra Sonos sound bar so sound is very good. Everything connected in minutes. Having been buying equipment from Crutchfield for years. As always, their help and service was top-notch.

Crutchfield + Samsung = Top Notch

We are enjoying the sharp picture without reflection!!! With our previous television (also Samsung) we would have to close all the curtains to watch TV - it was like living in a cave. But now we have light AND television :D The non-reflective screen was the feature we most wanted, but are enjoying the bonuses of exceptional sound quality and user-friendly interface. Crutchfield customer service was top notch when helping us navigate the wacky shipping times during the holidays.

Exceptional picture right out of packaging. there is no owners or users manual included with this tv purchase. Would appreciate receiving one as soon as possible. Superb Picture

Superior picture, sharp and clear from all viewing angles without glare. Great sound quality. Easy set up and programming. Takes a bit of time to get use to the small remote. Best TV ever . If buy Samsung hope it doesn't fail

Paid a lot of money for this tv. It completely failed after 2 months. Samsung couldn't repair it, said they don't have anyone in the area. Instead of replacing it or refunding the money they offered a "Samsung credit" and explained that it had to be used right away, and that there were many strings attached. The tv weighs 120# and I paid $500 to have it installed and Samsung refused to pay for uninstalling the tv, that's up to me. Meanwhile I'm without a tv and still have many hoops to jump through just to get a working tv. Oh, and the 3rd phone call with Samsung was 67 minutes speaking with a diligent but non-English fluent person trying to explain all the hoops I have to jump through to get a tv to replace the original one that failed.

I regret buying a Samsung, have the speakers were put in crooked, only two out of the eight worked this is not a cheap TV I expected better. Crutchfield gets a five-star though! They sent a new one we'll see if this one is junk too.

Amazing, impressive, 4K picture

This is one of the best TVs for 2024, but with that said no TV is perfect. The very first thing you need to do after you buy this TV is upgrade the remote control. The remote control that comes with the TV is very small and it is hard to use. I bought a full size remote control and I Love it. The remote control is back lit and is easy to use, full set of buttons and uses 2 AAA batteries not included. Just insert two batteries and you are instantly good to go. No problem at all, the remote is paired to the TV. You are really missing out on a great TV experience if you do not make the upgrade. I like the features of this TV and I appreciate that Samsung included a nice strong stand with the TV. This TV scored the highest in the top four OLED TV Shoot Out Test for 2024 The best TV for home theater. This TV also has excellent performance for Gaming with bright vivid colors. I thought the matte screen would be a deal breaker, but I see it now as a good thing. I have had no problems with the One Connect Box and it has actually helped with the setup of the TVs wiring configuration to meet my rooms needs. I bought the very best 4K Blu-ray player to go with TV and the extra money is well worth it. The picture quality in 4K is immersive and impressive. With the right set up this TV is WOW The Best.

Good TV

The anti-glare screen is vast improvement over my previous Samsung 8k tv. Before I could see my family room light reflecting in the tv with the anti-glare screen, that light is no longer visible when the tv is on. This tv has the widest viewing angle that I have ever seen. You can actually look for the very side of the tv and still see a great picture. The picture is very clear. The only problem that I am having is with the optical cable from the tv to my pioneer surround sound receiver. For some reason when selecting the optical output for sound it shuts off my pioneer receiver and sometimes I have to select optical output a couple of times to get the receiver in a surround sound mode rather than being stuck in stereo mode.

Awesome Company with GREAT products !!!!!!

This TV is probably the best I have ever owned since adulthood. Samsung has delivered this TV with everything I wanted. Not ever having an OLED I didn't realize how much technology has grown. Going to big box stores does not represent these TVs. My experience ordering with Obi made it seamless. He is a great Crutchfield employee who knows televisions. He has the best foot-forward salesmanship I have ever witnessed while ordering online. Crutchfield is an amazing company and I will ALWAYS order from them in the future. I am now officially locked in for the upcoming NBA season. Happy !!!!!

Great visuals, anti-glare works, tiny remote, sparse documentation

This was a good upgrade. The overall performance (brightness, color, clarity, HDR, etc.) is noticeably better than my 2020 LG CX OLED and the anti-glare feature is a great plus. I've included a picture of my old LG OLED on the left and the new Samsung on the right - where there was a clear window reflection there is now a faint glow that largely disappears when the TV is on. The stand is very sturdy. Overall I'm happy with it. Minor irritations - The remote is a tiny, smooth rectangle with no tactile shape to tell one end from the other and which will likely get lost. The Home screen is 50% empty space, 30% large icons for "popular searches" (nothing useful so far), and the bottom 20% has small icons you can customize for your apps/devices (the only useful space for me). I miss the Roku menu. Samsung's documentation is poor for a high-end TV, there are several "quick guide" docs and videos available but I had to spend 20 minutes on a chat to find a PDF "manual" and that was sparsely documented. Biggest disappointment - Samsung claims the One Remote will control all your other devices (with a lot of caveats in the fine print) but it's not that sophisticated. It found my Sony Blu-ray player and can navigate the on-screen menu options, but once the movie begins the remote doesn't have any affect (no pause, rewind, top menu, etc.) all you can do is go to the Home TV menu.

Vibrant Colors

The QN55S95D 55" OLED TV has amazing bright and vibrant colors that shine with the OLED Glare Free design panel. This anti-glare panel was something that I wasn't expecting at all to come into use in my bedroom. Believe it or not, with my previous 2017 Samsung LCD TV, the two large windows in my bedroom, the shades needed to be closed because of the sunlight. With this new Glare Free panel, I don't have to close my shades anymore because there isn't a glare any more noticeable on the screen. I didn't realize how useful this design was going to come in handy until I didn't have to close my shades anymore. My main purpose for the purchase of this television was for the latest version of Samsung Tizen OS and the anti-glare design was a huge benefit. As for the Home Smart Menu, you have different option menus to choose, like: Ambient (Window Screen Saver), Gaming (HDR/HDR10+, and a customizable Gaming Motion Plus). The audio system is completely different in design compared to my 7 year old previous model Samsung. It now has 6 individual round speakers on the back of the television located towards the bottom which has Intelligent and Amplify Modes which spreads the sound throughout your room. My room is 12' × 14' and the sound amplifies great. Previously, I set it up in the living room and the sound was impressive in a large room. The unboxing of the TV wasn't so bad, but it was time consuming almost 40 minutes and it's a 2-man job especially when taking the TV out of the box and t
