Road-worthy power

This package's CX600.4D 4-channel amplifier is small enough to mount easily on your bike, but powerful enough to drive your speakers with punch and clarity. With four channels of robust power output, you can drive the package's speakers and still have two channels to power another pair of speakers or a sub. The package includes an amp wiring kit, so you'll have the right gear for a safe installation. And thanks to the included Harley-specific connectors, you can plug it right into the existing stock radio — no splicing required.

Fairing speakers to cut through wind and engine noise

Durability and weather resistance are important when swapping out the speakers on your bike. The CX65.2 coaxial speakers are constructed with waterproof IMPP cones for moisture resistance. They'll also handle the heat that can build up from high-volume use, thanks to a high-temp voice coil and heavy-duty polymer frame. Sound quality? No problem. The PEI dome tweeters radiate plenty of highs to ensure clarity and an ample stereo sweet spot. The package includes Cicada Audio-branded grilles for both Street Glide and Road Glide models for that final touch.

Overview: The Cicada Audio 14CXCX-4X2 Harley-Davidson add-on audio system is designed for 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson Road Glide and Street Glide motorcycles. The audio kit includes a 4-channel amplifier with 8-gauge wiring kit, two 6.5" coaxial speakers with Cicada logo grilles, and a complete set of mounting brackets and wiring harnesses to interface the factory radio and wiring on your compatible Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The rear channels of the amplifier are un-used, letting you easily add and connect rear bag speakers at a later date.

Compatibility: The Cicada Audio 14CXCX-4X2 is designed for 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson Road Glide and Street Glide motorcycles.

Amplifier

Overview: The Cicada CX600.4D is a 4-channel full-range Class D amplifier. The amp is bridgeable, so it can also be wired as 3-channel or 2-channel.

Gain: Two rotary gain controls (Ch.1/2 & 3/4) let you run low-level or high-level audio signals ranging from 200mV up to 12V into each set of RCA inputs (adapter required for high-level signals).

Crossover: Two crossovers are provided (Ch. 1/2 & 3/4) with the following options:

Crossover Selector: A 3-position crossover switch lets you choose LPF, Full, or HPF. The low-pass and high-pass crossovers both have a 12 dB per octave slope.
Frequency: The crossover point is set with a rotary dial; it is continuously variable from 40-400 Hz.

Auto Turn-on Switch: A 3-way switch determines the turn-on method for the amplifier; DC Offset and VOX can be used with speaker-level input signals, while the REM method must be used if running low-level input signals:

DC Offset: Senses the DC offset on the high-level input signals to activate the amp.
VOX: Uses signal sensing on high-level input signals to activate the amp.
REM: Uses a +12V trigger on the Remote terminal to activate the amp when using low-level input signals.

2CH/4CH: A 2-way switch determines whether all four channels will be fed by individual input signals or from only the Front input channels.

Power/Protect LED: A single LED will illuminate Green when the amp is powered on and will change to Red if the amplifier goes into protect mode.

Power Terminals: The power, ground, and remote terminals are provided on a removable terminal block; power and ground terminals will accommodate up to 4-gauge wire (8-gauge is recommended), while the remote turn-on terminal can accept wire up to 8-gauge (18-gauge is usually sufficient). The set screws are tightened/loosened with the included 2mm and 3mm hex keys.

Fuses: The amplifier does not have on-board fuses. A 40-amp fuse should be placed on the power wire within 18" of the battery.

Speaker Outputs: The 4-channel speaker outputs are provided on two 8" harnesses with bare-ended 18-gauge wire.

RCA Inputs: The four input channels are provided on two 9" harness terminated in RCA jacks. If running speaker-level inputs, RCA to speaker wire adapters must be used and are sold separately (see Accessories list).

Amplifier Mounting: The 14CXCX-4X2 includes Road Glide and Street Glide amplifier mounting brackets. Both brackets are constructed of powder-coated steel and include mounting hardware.

Amp Wiring Kit: The Cicada Audio Harley-Davidson audio kit includes an HDPG8K amplifier wiring kit for installing the CX600.4D amplifier. The amp wiring kit includes 6.5 feet of loomed power & ground wire designed for direct plug-in installation. The power wire includes an in-line fuse holder with two installed 20A ATO fuses. Power and ground wires are terminated in ring terminals on one end and ferrules on the other end for connecting to your amp. Both wires are constructed of 100% Oxygen-Free Copper.

CXX65.4 Speakers: The Cicada Audio 14CXCX-4X2 Harley-Davidson audio system includes a pair of Cicada Audio CXX65.4 6.5" 2-way speakers designed to mount in 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson Road Glide and Street Glide factory fairing locations. The speakers feature Cicada Audio's proprietary V8 Dispersion Guide and 360°-sound tweeter design, along with all-weather performance.

Woofer: The 6.5" woofer features a Kevlar cone that's lightweight, strong, and moisture-resistant. N45H Neo magnets and pure copper wire voice coils help reduce heat while providing excellent sound quality. The woofer cone is supported by a temperature-resistant Polycarbonate speaker basket.
Tweeter: The CXX65.4 speakers feature 1" PEI dome tweeters coaxially mounted to the woofer. The tweeters are extremely lightweight and strong, moisture-resistant, and are designed for maximum efficiency.

Speaker Wiring: Cicada Audio HDFIM and HDFOM front input and output harnesses are provided for interfacing the speakers with the included CX600.4D amplifier and the factory Harley-Davidson wiring. The HDFIM input harnesses include in-line 47-ohm resistors for factory radio compatibility.

Speaker Grilles: CHDRGG Road Glide and CHDSGG Street Glide speaker grilles are provided for the CXX65.4 speakers. Both grille types include Cicada logo badges.
