Q Acoustics built the Q FS75s specifically for their Q Active 200 wireless powered speakers (sold separately), which bolt on top of the stand. Not only do they complement the speakers' appearance, but they also further refine their sound.
The Q FS75s were designed around the concept of tensegrity (short for tensional integrity), which is a principle often used in designing bridges. These stands use individual rods arranged inside a connected web of tension. That gives the stands low mass, optimum stability, high rigidity, and minimal reflective surfaces.

Rubber or Spike Feet: The Q FS7 stand comes with spikes and rubber feet options. The spikes are ideal for carpeted flooring. Rubber covers are also included that fit over top the spikes to protect your hardwood, laminate, vinyl, ceramic, and other hard surface flooring. Always use the speaker stands with the spikes or rubber feet for maximum stability and rigidity.
