Would NOT recommend this product. I have been in the hvac business for over 45 years. Never have seen a more awkward product to use. There are many wi-fi products out there that are just like the traditional thermostats that we all have used for years. This product also has a BIG problem with eating batteries. Just read all the reviews. If I can get a month out of them I'm doing good. I even tried lithiums to no avail. I do have it wired correctly, common is hooked up and I do have 24v to the sub-base.Tried technical service, with no satisfaction at all. My thermostat will be a year old this month and i have changed batteries 5 times. Unfortunately I purchased this unit for my vacation home to have remote access, which is 21 hours away . When I leave to go home, I don't return for 8 months so guess what. NO remote access which is the only reason I purchased it. Don't do it!!!!!!!!!

Great product. Updating wifi is a bit of challenge but eventually figured out need to remove device and re-add.

This is such a significant upgrade from the Honeywell unit I had. The quality of life upgrade is *chef's kiss". Easy to install!

Sand is actually light pink! I returned them for a color I can tolerate on my wall.

I love IT. But lately, its been jumping offline on the app. Wish I didn't have to be home to reset the modem...
Pros: Never have to touch, or be home. To adjust temp., turn off or on...
Cons: Once you lose connection from your phone to your thermostat. VIa WI FI has to wait till you get home to reset the modem.

The product works great! Easy to use once installed. Installation directions could have been better, but we figured it out.
