Just wanted to acknowlege Crutchfield's fantastic support. I ordered this kit with a Sound Ordnance powered subwoofer for my car. I noticed the fuse holder in the kit for the battery power was cracked and now unstable. I called Crutchfield support and explained. She looked up my order and after a few minutes came back and said they don't sell the fuse holder seperately. She said Crutchfield would send me a complete replacement kit. Then she told me that I would recieve the kit the following day which I did. Now that is service seldom seen these days. Bravo Zulu Crutchfield and thank you, much appreciated!!

Not too difficult to wire however the red/positive wire solution for hook up was challenging. Using a larger (10 gage)posi connector was a must and made the positive &negative connections to the wiring harness sub a " breeze"

Overall, this is a decent kit. The biggest issue is the ground wire is only 3 feet long. I couldn't find a ground close enough to my installation location. The kit really should include a longer ground wire.

The kit was purchased to power a small amplified 8" sub. Everything in this kit is good quality except for the Velcro that is supposed to be used to mount the Pos fuse holder. It is definitely not robust enough to keep the fuse holder in place. I ended up purchasing a heavy duty Velcro, no big deal.

Not great but I made it work

To summarize, I'd say this was unsatisfactory, but I was able to make it work. First, when stripping the power & ground wires, I had difficulty stripping the wire without having strands of copper break off. I've stripped lots of wire, and have good strippers - Kleins, Southwires, and Milwaukees - and had the same problem with each set. Ultimately I was able to get a good strip by not squeezing the handles tight, and rotating the strippers 360 degrees around the wire. This cut most of the way through the insulation and I was able to grab it with my fingers and gently twist and wiggle to break through the rest of the way and pull the insulation off. Loosing a couple of strands probably doesn't increase resistance much, but I've not had problems with other stranded wires. The fuse holder cover is not very secure. I wrapped zip ties around it to hold the cover on. I'll be replacing them with some Velcro straps the next time I need to open it. It would be better if it would just stay on by itself, however. I would have preferred two U-shaped spade connectors for the power and ground to the two included butt connectors. I didn't use the butt connectors, but I needed the other connectors, which I had to buy separately. These were to connect the wiring to the amp - 10 Ga seemed a little much to just clamp under the terminals so I wanted to crimp on some terminals for that connection. I wouldn't buy this kit again but would just buy components separately.

The power wires extremely flexible, which makes for easy routing, although the high strand count can make the stripped ends a little harder to feed cleanly into terminals. The matte texture on the power wires' insulation helps them slide across surfaces and other wiring more easily without "grabbing", and it also makes them less "clicky" so there's less concern about them creating rattles after installation. My positive battery terminal has a cover that prevented me from connecting to the main lug, and the terminal ring preinstalled on the kit's positive wire was too large for the attachment point I ended up using. Fortunately I happened to have a smaller crimp-on terminal that I could use instead. The fuse block is pretty solid and has high-quality terminals. The relatively close spacing of the screw holes means you don't need a broad surface to mount it on. The cover has a little bit of lateral play when it's closed, but it doesn't seem to rattle. I didn't need the turn-on wire, so I just saved it for later.
Pros: Good value, flexible wiring, insulation texture minimizes friction and muffles audible slapping/tapping against surfaces, fuse block is pretty hefty
Cons: Preinstalled positive terminal ring is too big for some applications, fine power wire strands don't want to slide cleanly into terminals

Good quality wire terminated with rings at both ends. I didn't see any forks to terminate the end going to my amp/sub but I already had some. Putting 4 stars because I think this type of hardware should have been included given the negligible cost.

Took off 1 star for no instructions/warning not to take the fuse. Didn't know how to get it apart, so, I took the screws out of the bottom. These hold in the fuse. Almost snapped the fuse in the process! Would have been very angry had that happened and I had to order another one before testing the system. Other that that it does what it says. High quality materials.

its good for the money I guess but rca jacks shorter then wires so you'll need extensions unless you wire it in the back seat and also got a blown fuse when it came so that sucked checking all your wires to find out your brand new battery fuse was already blown when it came

See my associated review for the Infinity Mini powered subwoofer I bought on the same order. I have not installed the equipment yet. I appreciated being able to get this wiring kit with my order. Crutchfield thinks of everything. It would have been helpful to include a few splice-in connectors for speaker level connections but I understand those are not needed for all installations. I really like the installation instructions that came free with the order.

What an awesome wiring kit. It had everything needed. One thing I over looked was the eyelet on the red power wire was to small. My car's battery is in the wheel well(didn't feel like taking the wheel and wheel well cover off), so I had to install it on the jump post which is a bigger diameter than a standard battery post. Other than that one set back this kit was the best.

Bought this for a KTA-450 after reading if the power to my radio was a 20amp fuse you wouldn't need an amp wiring kit. Yeah, that's very bad advice. Audio cut out at less than half way up, I knew the amp wasn't getting enough power. After wiring it properly with this, she works beautifully. Great wire.

This is an excellent kit with the essentials to install a single amplifier. The insulation is very flexible and it makes installing the wire around things very easy and clean. The only gripe I have is with the fuse holder. There are rubber covers(2) underneath the fuse holders that act as an insulation for the connection of the fuse. Without the insulation, that would definitely cause a short. I resorted to wrap the bottom with electrical tape.

good little kit, everything you need. I liked that there was an open box available for some savings. Don't like the fuse holder. frankly don't know where I would get a replacement fuse for that locally.

I thought this kit was pretty good. Silicone jacketed wires, and a decent fuse holder. The fuse holder cover was a bit on the flimsy side, but that didn't cause any problems. The included protective sleeve for the power cable was a nice bonus.

This was a nice kit for installing a powered subwoofer. There are good lengths of wire with a terminal on one end. My only recommendation would be to include wire terminals for connecting the other end of the wires to the ground and power wire of the subwoofer.

Great kit and great price! Quality materials Installed in a 2008 GMC Sierra regular cab pickup. Length of power wire was just right to run to driver's side rear corner. Opportunities for Improvement: - The plastic sheathing supplied in the kit is shorter than the power wire. Would be desirable to have to the same length on the plastic sheathing to protect the whole run of power cable. - Would be nice to have a couple self-tapping screws included in the kit for grounding wire attachment

This kit is perfect for a low to mid level amp installation. There was plenty of wire to get the job done and the pieces included are all great quality. I like how there is a ring connector already on one end, this made installing to the battery very easy. The description shows exactly what you get. The only thing not included are additional connectors which would have been nice. While not necessary, I used ferrules for the fuse connection to make things a little neater/cleaner. I also used ferrules to connect the Scosche KwikPlug also purchased from crutchfield. Overally, I definitely recommend this kit and will buy again for my next installation.

Excellent option to quickly and easily add some much needed bass for the factory system in the 2021 4 Runner. While it was simple to install, I am a complete novice and did have to call Crutchfield a couple of times for help/confirmation. They were great though and got me squared away instantly. No problems at all! Highly recommend the posi tap connectors for hassle/worry free connections to speaker wires from head unit. Just ordered the Alpine 445U to add a little bit of power for all of the other speakers.

Very high-quality components from Crutchfield, and did the job perfectly! Comparing this kit to a cheaper Boss Audio 12awg amp kit, this Crutchfield kit was better by all measurable ways. Power & ground cables are high quality yet flexible copper wire. Each have one end with battery terminal pre-installed, whereas Boss Audio's kit required their cables to have the user install the terminal ends. This alone made Crutchfield's kit a major timesaver. Even the zip ties that came with Crutchfield's kit were thicker & high-quality than Boss Audio's kit!

No fork connectors were included for the 10awg power and ground wires. Not easy finding connectors that will crimp onto wires that large. It would be nice to include RCA cables or a speaker wire tie-in kit. I had to make multiple trips to the hardware store to try to find the proper sized fork connectors. Not all that convenient. Crutchfield sells a different kit for $5 more that includes all this stuff. I wish that other kit was recommended to me, or that Crutchfield actually included all these necessary pieces in its kit.

Good quality 10 gauge wire is flexible and was easy to snake into the car from the battery. The fuse holder is a nice design and I found it easy to mount near the battery. Unless you have a big wire clamp, you definitely need this kit were the grommets for the battery and ground connects are already attached.

I wish the positive terminal cable were longer by about 12 inches. I routed from the battery (drivers side) to behind the second row seat (passenger side) in my 2005 Sequoia, and it was JUST barely long enough. There was nothing to spare. Luckily, I'm wired to all all-in-one sub. I'll have to rerun/reroute everything if I change out to a standalone sub/amp.

Usually I don't go with this type of after sale offerings. I typically find I can source the remaining parts required with better quality on my own. Crutchfield's CK10 package seemed to be everything I was ready to piece order together, but at a lower price and nice quality. Ample wired supplied for installation in a 66 Mustang. Actually enough wire included that the remainder was used to power the later added Bazooka sub in the trunk.

It is exactly what you expect. You will have to install the fuse into the wire yourself unlike other kits, but you are paying much less for what amounts to less than a minute of work if you have a wire cutter/crimper. And if you're doing an install yourself, you'll have that. All the wires are quality OFC. Comes with some extra goodies too in case you need them. I didn't but they'll go in my stash of electrical extras.

I bought this at the advise of Crutchfield on hooking up the sound ordinance 10" powered sub. The installation is straight forward and fairly easy if your any knowledgeable about wiring things up. The reason for four stars is the fact they don't include the needed aftermarket rca cable for sending the signal from head unit to sub. I found a 17' one locally cheap so not a big deal still including this in the wiring kit would have been nice.

Perfect Economical Amp Wiring Kit - RCA Cables Sold Separately

This kit had everything I needed for wiring up my powered sub. Yes, it lacks RCA cables, but the description clearly says so and I had a quality set from a previous Crutchfield purchase on hand. So that was taken into account when I placed the order. The fact that you receive a discount when ordering alongside the Crutchfield powered sub was an added bonus. So the cost of the RCA cables could be considered a wash anyway, technically speaking. But it's still something to bear in mind. The only complaint I have is that the plastic cover for the fuse holder doesn't fit snugly. I even adjusted the plastic tabs to give it a better fit, but still lost the cover within a week of it being installed. It's certainly not worth deducting a star, but another thing to note for other buyers. Honestly, I should've used some form of tape or glue to better secure the fuse holder cover (if I'm being completely honest) since I noticed the issue when opening the package. Last but not least, Crutchfield customer support is second to none. Stephen helped answer all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction given my specific needs.

Very high quality kit - thick power and ground wires and sturdy fuse box. Used this kit to install the Sound Ordnance 8" sub. Plenty of line, the blue remote wire is necessary for the sub to power on. I just stuck the blue line directly into the radio fuse, it's thin enough to jam right in, no need for a wire tap adapter. Saves time and money. Thanks Crutchfield.

Wire is good quality with decent crimping on the connectors. Fuse holder is kind of poorly designed as I lost the little stickers covering the fuseblock on the back almost instantly (they just fell off). If you mount it in a safe, non-conductive location it works fine. I would look for a different fuse holder if I were to do it again.

Good kit for a modest amp install. I used this to install the Sound Ordnance B-8PTD powered subwoofer in my 08 F-150 SuperCab. The 10awg power and ground wires are high quality and very flexible. At 17' the wires were all just the right length to run from behind my rear center seat to the front of the truck. The wire loom is meant primarily to protect the exposed section of power wire in the engine compartment from heat, etc, although I had enough to protect the wire I was routing in a couple of other places in the cabin. I did not end up using the wire ties, butt connectors, or the 10 awg bushing for anything. For my install I connected power with inline fuse to the battery, routed through the firewall via an unused grommet, and down the passenger side behind lower trim panels and door sill plates and then behind the rear seat. Ground was connected to a bolt behind the rear seat. Then the blue remote wire along with separate RCA pre-out and control cable were routed from behind the rear seat along the drivers side and up into the dash to the head unit. Overall pretty easy.

Cons: This kit should include some 10 and 18 gauge spade connectors for the other end of the wires. Would have been more useful to me than some of the parts I didn't use. I ended up buying my own elsewhere. Fuse holder seemed to come apart easily, so I secured with electrical tape and a zip tie.

Missing two 10 ga Ring Terminals

Installed powered subwoofer (Sound Ordinance B8PT) into 1994 Camry using this kit. Quality of the materials was good but my kit was missing the two (2) 10 ga ring terminals listed on the "included in kit" label. The 10 ga power and 10 ga ground cables came with the ring terminal already connected at one end, but the ones used to attach the cabling to the powered subwoofer were missing. After two long phone calls to tech support I still don't have the optimal connectors to the B8PT's small terminal block, even though they sent an additional ring terminal set (8 ga - wrong size) and a feral kit (not really good for this application) at no additional charge. While I believe tech support made an attempt to correct my issue, the simple and quickest solution would be for Crutchfield to perform a more thorough quality control of their shipments and stock the necessary hardware used to install their electronics, ie 10 ga to B8PT terminal block ring terminals.

Everything came in an easy to see clear plastic bag, with all the hardware to hook uo my amp in my car. Even tho it was a an open item, everything looked and preformed as if they were brand new never used. I definitely would get this item again when i need to add my 2nd amp.

Fuse cover could be designed more water tight with rubber gromets where power cable enters and exits. Also lid pops off too easy. Otherwise it is a good looking kit and works well. Not the best choice tho for boat or utv.

I read over and over "everything you need to wire your amplifier". Then the supplied fuse holder requires allen (hex) key(s) - two sizes. their cost likely in the pennies, my PITA, another trip to the hardware store (though they do sell some fuse holders that come with the required keys) RCA Cables required to connect to the head unit - not included. Another 'thing' to order on top of "everything IS included". Could have been a great kit, but imho - it's only a good kit to install my Powered Subwoofer. Very cheap 'grommet' supplied to go through the firewall. Again, go to the hardware store and get something better. It's better then 3 stars, but really didn't earn a 4 star rating.
Pros: Suitable lengths of wire supplied for power supply.
Cons: 'firewall grommet' exceptionally cheap product. Missing wrench required to install inline fuse, Should have included RCA Cables with choice of length. Missing instructions for suggestions for running wires through firewall.

Seems very high quality compared to the cheaper kits from another retailer. For the extra money I do think it should come with and rca cable but In my case I used high level inputs so I needed to purchase speaker wire anyway. I really like the quality of the wire though, it seems much more robust.

Awful Installation Experience

i got this kit for the sound ordnance 10" powered subwoofer and was absolutely lost when it came to the install. i spoke to Crutchfield trying to understand how to set up the power wire to my battery and was told to break the ring to connect any amount of metal to my battery. i might have gotten that right, but wasn't reassured by my conversation with a tech. the power and ground wire were connected to the included wire hub, but i couldn't get power to the sub. the included power and ground wires were many times thicker than the ones in the sub connection. i connected the wires, but my car said there was a hybrid system malfunction and wouldn't start. my sub's power indicators will flash when it should get power, but immediately shuts down. couldn't figure out why i can't get this to work after 9+ hrs trying to self install, so i'm taking it somewhere to have someone else install the system. i spoke to techs twice and got off more confused than before. it was extra frustrating that the "master sheet" for my car didn't have a single word about installing a powered sub in my car. the tutorial videos didn't cover how to connect the fuse box to the power wire; what connects on the sub side of the fuse box; how to connect/splice together the included small and large wires; if/where i should mount the fuse box; no reassurance that i'm not about to kill my car's battery with a wrong move. so much time and so many problems, but i still gotta pay someone else to do it for me.

After only a month the fuse has an issue. The fuse has not popped but I get 12 volts going into the fuse, and 2 volts going out of the fuse. Not sure what's wrong seems like a design flaw to me

This is a geat kit because the cables are of really beautiful quality. I do wish that the fuse came with some instructions though. It was so simple it didn't really need instructions, but this was my first install and . . . I just didn't know. Now I know, but it took a lot of Googling to figure out what they could have easily said on a little piece of paper if they had included it. Great kit nonetheless.

The kit was recommended for the powered sub that I bought and included everything that was need to supply power. The power cable and the turn on wire were just long enough for my set up in my 1999 F-150 SuperCab. The sub was placed under the seat behind the driver. So they may not be long enough for larger vehicles depending on the set up.

Easy to install, Included everything required, the wires are very easy to work with as they are pretty flexible which is great for running around & into the firewall & trim, the fuse block seems to be pretty well built & seems to hold the fuse in very securely, overall very happy with this kit as it did what it needed to and got a subwoofer behind the seat of my Comanche! Took about 2 hours from start to finish to wire & install sub & amp and again couldn't be happier for the price, Also worth noting I was looking at brand name premade kits elsewhere before crutchfield Brought this kit to my attention and saved me almost $30 for the same kit!

This kit is very good quality and easy to use.

Great wires - Great Fuse Block. The only issues with this kit I had was if the ground wire were 24 inches longer so it would have been able to reach a proper grounding point on the body of my jeep. Secondly.. It would have been nice to have connectors in the bag that fit the gauge of the power and grounding cables. Overall was happy with the kit... I will say I would have paid more if it came with RCA cables bundled in.... I suppose that would be hard though since every application may require varying lengths...
Pros: Comes with almost almost all the bits you need to to get your amp or powered subwoofer wired up!
Cons: Could have thrown in a could extra end connectors since the wiring only has ring connectors on one end.

This kit is ok but the reason for 4 stars is the fuse holder. While it is heavy duty and looks sturdy it isn't weather tight. I was able to mount inside the battery box on top of the battery so it's out of the elements. Otherwise it's a nice kit.

An incomplete kit

The good: the 10 gauge wire seemed very high quality with a nice sheathing and was very flexible. The 18 gauge remote wire was also nice. The fuse box seems fine (my lid fit snugly and securely). The bad: this doesn't come with RCA cables or speaker cables. Make sure to get one or the other separately. It also doesn't come with a pair of 10 gauge and one 18 gauge crimp connectors which you'll need to connect the power, ground and remote turn on to your amp. The 10 gauge wires do come with ring connectors on one end to connect to the battery and ground. Finally, that 17 foot 10 gauge amp wire may be a tight fit for many vehicles. If you were assembling your own kit, you'd be crazy not to get a good 25+ foot wire to make sure you have enough. Of course, you can always splice in an extension if needed.

The hook up kit was OK. However there are other ones online with a lower price that include lugs for the end connections. Also I do believe the size of the wire used for the power is overkill maybe to make you think you are dealing with real POWER (Arc Welder) .Just look at a wire gage table.https://www.powerstream.com/Wire_Size.htm A problem I had was the power wires are too large for the terminals on the sub I installed. Other hookup kits come with lugs to attach to the wires for a better connection. The quality of the wire and fuse block are excellent, something to watch for with other kits.

Nice kit for the price. My only downs are, the power wire should be longer (20-25ft?) and could include the three required fork terminals required for amp term. The black protective wire sheath is heavy, and should easily last under the hood.

Installing a sub in my nephew's truck and needed to order a wiring kit, so I wanted to order the Rockford Fosgate RFK10i kit I used a couple years ago. That kit is no longer available, but on the product page is a link to this kit, calling it an "updated version." But it's not an updated version. It lacks the RCA cables for the crucial connection from the head unit to the sub. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention until we had the interior of my nephew's truck apart and I opened the this wiring kit. Had to go to a local big box electronics store to get the cables we needed. At the end of the day, it's my fault for not paying attention, but Crutchfield shouldn't advertise this kit as an "update" to the older kit.

Cons: Lacks RCA cables, so it's NOT an updated version of the older Rockford Fosgate RFK10i kit, as touted on the website.

Looks like a great kit. I plan on using it to run a feed to a additional fuse panel I am adding to my tractor for LED work lights. Seemed like a pretty good deal to get the 10 awg wire, the in-line fuse and the loom. Knowing crutchfield I can trust the wire is actually what it says it is. The amazon collection seemed like a real crap shoot. Needed a few more dollars to get the free shipping so I got some zip ties which seemed like a good price. They were basically discounted given I would have paid some of the cost of the ties just for shipping.

It is an okay kit for a car. Not worth the list price. I purchased it on Crutchfield's recommendation for an install in a 2005 F150 Super crew. The primary wire was too short, 17" doesn't give you any wiggle room, even mounting the amp under the drivers seat. You can make it work, but it definitely won't work for a rear seat installation. The 3 feet of ground wire is barely adequate. Fuse holder is ok.
Pros: Everything you need for a small install.
Cons: Should have included longer primary wire, 20 feet would have been perfect. Needs to include the allen wrenches for the fuse block, needed both metric and standard.

Nice wiring kit for connecting hi power amps etc. Definitely a value for the price. It does not come with any instructions so you kind of need to know why you bought it and how you are going to use it. Example: the 30 amp fuse block. I didn't use it as I didn't need it for my installation but I can imagine many people puzzling over what they were supposed to do with it.

The kit comes with everything you need to run wire to power up your Amp. Wire is heavy and flexible enough to put slight bends in. Even comes with PVC shielding for the wire and zip ties to hang them.
Pros: Good quality Cable. Wire Shielding and zip ties.
Cons: On a 2013 silverado, there is not enough cable to run to the entire back, so I had to wire under the carpet halfway in front of the seat. I have a tool box under my seat, so it was no big deal but make sure you measure how much you will need. Also, I was bummed to find out there were no RCA cables in this kit and I had to buy extra. There needs to be additional eyelet connectors.

This has everything it says t does. I ran power from battery to under drivers seat in 06 vibe & had plenty of wire. Any further and it would need more. The lid on fuse box does seem too loose to trust under my hood so I taped it. I bought another kit that included RCA for less for another amp and was just as satisfied. No offense to Crutchfield, they are great. There's just wasn't the best deal out there this time.

The kit comes with almost everything needed. Had I realized that it didn't come with an RCA and speaker wires I would have purchased something different. I ended up spending just as much on those two items as this kit cost. But that's my fault. Other than that the fuse block cover doesn't stay on properly I ended up having to tape it on. Additional terminal lugs would be helpful as I had to use a different one to connect to my battery post and prefer to have them one the amp side as well just to prevent wiring escapes.

I was going to go to the big box store and just buy by the foot but am glad I got this kit. They don't sell this type of cable at those stores and installation would have been sooo much harder. Much thanks to my chat rep, Alison for the suggestion.

It did the job just fine for installing a powered subwoofer. I dropped a star from rating because the ground cable is pretty short and does not come with a new tap screw to ground the item to a new location in the frame of the vehicle.
Pros: - Mostly everything you need to get your unit installed.
Cons: - Wish the ground cable was longer and that the kit included a tap screw for creating a new ground location to the vehicle frame.

Kit is good. Wire seems to be high quality copper and the jacket is thick and very flexible, easy to route and strip. My main complaint was the length of the ground, wish it was a little longer. Yeah, you should keep it short if you can but the best place for me with the firewall blanket and carpet was about 12" farther. Good product though.

Almost a Complete kit

Almost has everything you need. Only parts there are missing are, Barrier Spades. Had to run to a store and get a pack. Most Amplifiers that use a 10 gauge wire don't have the Direct Connection like the larger amps have. My only complaint about the kit. That and I may have to get a larger Ring Terminal for the Ground.

Seems like everything is of good quality. I wish the ground wire would have been a little longer but it worked. The wire coating is very flexible and nice but somewhat sticky when routing through places.

Nice kit but I had to go get more wire loom as I used all that was included just to cover the power cable. Leaving me none for the remote switch wire under the carpet.

Good quality kit. Zip ties were cheap and didn't hold but I had my own, so I used those. Instructions were not great. Pictures were fine but there needs to be more detailed explanation of things. Kit needs to include RCA cables. Had to make a separate trip locally to pick up RCA cable to hook speakers. I would buy again if I needed another kit.
Pros: Good quality thick wires. Nice fuse. Generous length of wires. Ends already on cables making installation easy.
Cons: Poor directions. Zip ties were junk and didn't hold. No RCA cables.

The jacket is soft and makes for easy routing. Electrical tape would not stick to it though, perhaps due to the cold temperature of my garage though. The fuse holder needs some additional reinforcement in the design.

Wires. Nothing fancy. They just worked like they should. At least one reviewer mentioned the case for the fuse holder doesn't really stay latched together, so I used a zip tie to make sure the cover doesn't fall off. I don't like the little plastic covers for the screws holding the metal parts onto the plastic case. One fell off during install and I can imagine the vibration of a car in motion could potentially knock on of them loose and leaving a short waiting to happen. I ended up gluing them in place.

Probably a great kit for someone who knows what they are doing. If you don't, don't rely on the amp instructions. There are no instructions with the amp kit, and the contents of the kit may or may not coincide with what the amp manual is talking about. This was my first amp install, so it was the first time I hooked up this type of inline fuse (holder). I figured it out but wow, this install sure did show me that they definitely don't expect the average Joe to hook up their own system for the first time on their own. Great tech support. Only had to make one short phone call to tech support, then it was all down hill from there.
Pros: Seems to be quality stuff.
Cons: Seems kind of pricey, but it must be more economical that buying everything separate. Don't expect the items to match what the directions have to say in the amp manual.

It's a product that allowed me to do the job. I switched the wire connectors provided because IMO the ones include were thin where the electrical and ground connections were made. I though it funny they you have a big battery cable but you have to use a tiny connector to where it attached to the amp. Same with the ground wire.
