Purchased 2 MFG ExeARC1 for my rack system, rack system is less than 12months old. One of the MFG failed and needed to be replaced. While they were working it was awesome.

Pros: While they were working they did exactly what we needed from the product. Has a 3 year warranty.

Cons: Product did not last 12 months. Very expensive up front cost.

Amazing & Unique Product

I saw the first review & we had the same problem but the issue was not the product it was our lack of understanding of the protocol to make unit work. We sorted it out & have a good amount on back order as it is a fantastic unique product. Thank you Richard & Jeffry for your passion & help in getting us to understand the future.

Pros: Everything Unique nothing like it

Cons: You better call for help if can't figure it out as with any new protocols it is precise & a small learning curve

Attempted to install this unit and could not get a video signal. The tech support from the manufacturer was good but they couldn't get it sorted out. They kept blaming cables. I am using all new cables Monster cables. I ended up returning and get another brand from a professional installer and it was plug and play with my setup. Not clear why it didn't work. My setup is basic. Apple TV to Amp To Extender to Tv over about 50 feet of Cat 5.

Cons: Didn't work.
