Shipping Your Equipment

Ship any demonstration equipment well in advance of your scheduled training date. This will allow us to confirm that all of your shipments arrived intact. Please include the "Attention Training" note to the address label to avoid delivery confusion.

Shipping Your Equipment Back â€“ After the Training is Completed

You will be responsible for packing and labeling your shipments. And you will need to ensure that a pickup is scheduled with the carrier of your choice for anything that needs to be shipped out of our facility. Generally, a normal UPS Ground shipment won't require a scheduled pickup, but other types of shipments often will.

Projector and Room Setup

We will provide you with a projector if your presentation requires one.

We typically have a projector and/or a TV that can accept an HDMI connector, etc (as well as other video connections) for viewing PowerPoint presentations. We will provide both a wired and wireless broadband Internet connection for you.

We try to make the training room accessible to you at both locations the day before your training event. Please refer to the confirmation message we send you for specific dates and times you may access the training room prior to your event.
